What is a vision board?

It’s a collage of pictures, affirmations, and images of one’s dreams and desires. A tool designed to serve as a source of inspiration and motivation in reaching our goals, vision boards also help us to gain self- awareness, and reflect on what’s important in our lives. They allow us to tune into our imagination and creativity, helping to manifest positive opportunities in the future.

Vision boards can be done at any time, but they are more fun harnessing the energy of the full moon to create and manifest your desires. This class is taking place on the Cold Moon.

The Cold Moon spiritually represents an omen of clarity. A time to reflect on the year behind us, as well as a time prepare us for the year ahead with confidence and courage. The Cold Moon blesses you with strength and positivity to finish out the year in good spirits. Also, a wonderful time to show gratitude to the people most important in your life.

Enjoy an evening of tuning into your spiritual body, and letting yourself be guided by the energy of the Cold Moon to create your vision board. We will start the class with a guided meditation and intention ceremony.

**Magazines and tools to create the vision boards will be supplied. Feel free to bring any of your own magazines or books that you’re drawn to in making your vision board.
