For some, the upcoming holiday season can be a challenging time of year for many different reasons.
We feel that a focus on gratitude and learning to use it as a powerful tool may help change how we look at challenges and how we deal with difficult feelings.
At our November “Friends Giving Gathering” event we will gather in a circle of thanks to offer gratitude, an opportunity for connection, and healing.
Becky and Kerri will guide the circle in a Gratitude breath work exercise which will lead into a quiet reflective meditation and end with a gentle drumming.
We will end the evening with a small “Thanksgiving feast” giving all who attend an opportunity to socialize and enjoy some healthy snacks and drinks!
