During this workshop we will discuss:
1. What self care and self love means to you.
2. Why self care is important while grieving.
3. The importance of loving yourself unconditionally.
4. How to balance your solar plexus (confidence) and heart (love) chakras.
5. What your love language is and how to provide that love to yourself.
6. Ways to care for yourself mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually.
About Liz:
Liz Volpe's passion for helping others started at a young age after both her parents passed away. Liz is a Reiki Master and certified spiritual life and grief coach. Her goal as a coach is to guide fellow grievers on a journey of how to work through loss by sharing reliable tools, support, and knowledge that is easy to comprehend and implement into daily life. With 20 years personal experience with grief, and over 10 years professional experience, Liz believes the best way to work through grief is to have tools to keep you aligned physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
