This group will be offered once a month in order to build consistency amongst participants. Join us once or come each month (9/8, 10/13, 11/17, 12/8), however you feel guided. It is a support group that allows for holding space for helping each other call in manifestations.

The group will start with a guided meditation, to help participants relax and drop into being present for the group process.

Participants will be offered the chance to share what it is that they would like to release and/or draw in for themselves in the next several months. Other participants in the group will be encouraged to offer support for and hold space for this intention.(manifesting in a group energy is a VERY POWERFUL way to create even quicker movement towards goals)

The group will end with each participant getting to pull two cards to get a mini reading for guidance, affirmation, support, etc.

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU:
* Journal to write any intentions and other insights in
* Yoga mat and pillow, blanket, etc for meditation
* Some ideas of what you would like to release or draw in for yourself over the next several months
