About your Host: Amy Chauvin
Amy Chauvin is a passionate mindset and manifestation coach and the creator of The Break-Free Journey to Manifest and Break-Free Breathwork. She helps women manifest their dream lives (in any area of their choosing, whether it be relationships, health, finances, or business) through her 1:1 coaching program.
She stumbled upon breathwork in 2020. It was so transformational, she became double certified and knew she had to share it with the world and incorporate it into her coaching.
She is here to educate, inspire, and guide others on their journey to break-free, get unstuck, and align with purpose and all it is they are ready to manifest. She does this through her breathwork events and transformational coaching programs.
She is based in Rhode Island and travels the US holding transformational events, corporate wellness & team events, retreats, and workshops. She also offers 1:1 coaching & private breathwork sessions in Rhode Island and online.
