Join us on Sunday mornings & get inspired for a healthy week. Rachel will share accurate information about nutrition & health (no more confusion about health trends or crash diet plans). She will help you connect to your body wisdom & learn embodiment techniques, so your intuition can guide your healing plan. The program includes grocery lists, sample meal plans, supplement guidance, recipes & food tasting, as well as spiritual healing techniques.
