Shelley will serenade you with the healing sound of singing bowls, chimes, rattles, gongs, drums, energy work, and guided meditation. To accompany these instruments and deepen the experience, the Shelley uses her angelic voice to, tone, sing, and vocaluze mantras to synergize healing.

All sound baths are unique and one-of-a-kind experiences. Never two of the same. Shelley's sound baths are intuitive, and Spirit guided to meet all individuals in attendance at the level they require.

Bring a mat, blanket, pillow, anything that will help you to get comfortable and slip into a state of bliss.
