Take a deep dive into the practice of meditation. Learn what meditation is, why it is effective for overall health and wellness, how to build an easy yet solid every day meditation practice and the types of meditation with this 4 week series! Participants can sign up for individual classes or the entire series. All options provided at checkout.
Week 1: Learn what meditation is and the benefits of practicing meditation. Session ends with a guided meditation.
Week 2: Explore different types of meditation. This week class will be guided through a light movement meditation and a seated guided meditation to end class.
Week 3: Discuss the art of the practice of meditation and overcoming obstacles. Session ends with a guided meditation.
Week 4: Review of topics discussed throughout the series, a guided meditation and wraps with a closing circle.

Giana Giarrusso, is a yoga & meditation teacher with over 850 hours of Yoga Alliance Certified yoga education, podcast host and massage therapist specializing in injury prevention, maintenance and lymphatic drainage treatment. She is a physical, mental & spiritual health enthusiast! Giana has spent the last 10 years studying yoga, meditation and breathwork. She enjoys teaching others these tools to use in their personal healing toolbox.
