In this ceremony attendees sit in a safe, sacred space where they feel unconditionally loved, accepted, and supported. A master of holding sacred space and calling in the ancestors, Mountain Flower's mission is to heal the epidemic disconnection people feel from their bodies, Earth Mother, and the Divine so they feel supported and aligned. Mountain Flower is also a Karuna Reiki Master, 5x author, and 200-hour RYT in Forrest Yoga. She has served the spiritual community since 1999.
The crystal bowls, played by Amanda Hart, will soothe your nervous system, align your energy centers, and prepare you to receive your message. Amanda is a multifaceted energy healer, mentor and sound healer dedicated to guiding individuals on their journey towards holistic well-being. She combines ancient wisdom with modern techniques to facilitate connection and balance.

The studio is smudged before setting up, all our equipment is smudged before each use, and everyone is smudged before entering our ceremonial space. Please be respectful of the process and arrive early.***
Wear comfortable clothing; you will be sitting up and lying down. Bring a yoga mat, bolsters, cushions: whatever you want to be comfortable, and a bottle of water.
