Join us for a calming, all-levels Yin Yoga class, perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. This slow-paced class focuses on deep stretching and mindfulness, allowing you to release tension and cultivate relaxation. Props are optional but recommended for added comfort—please feel free to bring blocks, a blanket, and a bolster or pillow to support your practice.
