Candlelight Gentle Flow for the Meridians

This class has a beautiful blend of yin-inspired poses and a gentle slow-flow to activate and balance your meridian lines.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, winter is the season of water, and peak Yin energy, which quiet, reflective, introspective and a time for rest. The Bladder and Kidney meridian lines (energetic pathways of the body) correspond to water and come alive in the winter. When imbalanced, the emotions that reflect in that imbalance are fear, deep anxiety, a lack of willpower or feelings of isolation. Join me for a beautiful blend of yin-inspired poses and a gentle slow-flow to active and balance these meridian lines, leaving you feeling nourished, well-rested, balanced and at ease.

Cost: $35

I am well-versed in styles ranging from Baptiste-inspired, to yin, to vinyasa flow and Forrest, and I am knowledgeable in trauma and the effects on mind, body and soul.
