Join us for an evening of nurturing and transformative action in connecting to the essence of your divinity. Open your heart with an authentic ceremonial Cacao experience, release and transform with the power of breathwork, be held in the healing halo of reiki energy and lastly moved to meet the essence of your soul in a channel of sound and voice to access your inner wisdom, remembering the intrinsic magic of your core being.
We will begin this sacred journey with Amy Schenck guiding us in sharing organic ceremonial grade cacao together as a collective. Cacao is a healing plant medicine. It is the main ingredient in chocolate, yet so much more. It was given to us during creation to activate our connection to divine intelligence and the cosmos. She is often referred to as “Mama Cacao” because she is a feminine and loving fruit. Cacao is a wise messenger and heart healer. It is prepared as a healthy and uplifting warm drink. Cacao allows you to feel calm, euphoric, alert, blissful, grounded, safe, loved and loving.
Held by the love of cacao, Amy Chauvin will then guide you into a powerful breathwork experience. Connecting with the breath and guided to connect with the self. Breathwork has many known benefits. Some of them include but are not limited to:

During each portion of the ceremony, Maria will utilize multiple sound healing instruments including native drum, flute, chimes, acoustic guitar and Tibetan medicine bowls to create a channel of vibrational healing. Maria offers a soundscape of intuitive voice and alchemy healing to open a portal for deeper connection to the self and offer a sound language to access the wisdom of your soul.
At the end our event you will be lulled in a restorative full alchemy sound healing during which the entire collective group will be blanked in healing Reiki energy.
How to prepare:
Please drink plenty of water prior to our event. Dress comfortably in layers. Please bring a yoga mat/pillow/blanket, journal & pen and water. If you feel called, you are invited to bring items from nature to support you on this journey. These can be rocks, crystals, feathers, flowers or anything that resonates with you. Please do not eat 2 hours prior to the event, if you need to please make it something lighter.

Amy is a passionate entrepreneur, Certified Breathwork Facilitator, Breakthrough Coach, and Certified in Reiki. She is here to educate, inspire and help others break-free, transform their lives, grow, and align with purpose through her breathwork events, private breathwork sessions, coaching, and transformational programs.
She is based in Rhode Island and travels the US holding transformational events, retreats, and workshops. She does private sessions at Soul Sanctuary in RI.

About your Host: Maria Gauthier
Maria is passionate about utilizing sound and frequency to ease stress, and facilitate healing at a cellular level. With 25 years of experience studying and creating music, Maria is furthered her education in the science of sound for healing and is certified in sound healing and shamanism, from The Center of Light Institute in Vermont. She is a multi-instrumentalist whose passion is to create medicinal healing soundscapes, to ease the mind, body and spirit, and transform the soul.

About your Host: Amy Schenck
Amy is Registered Nurse with a board certification in holistic health. She is also a Usui Reiki Master Teacher and a Shamanic Reiki Master Practitioner. She has completed a mentorship working with ceremonial cacao and a 10 week in depth cacao training with The Mayan Wisdom Project.
Amy has worked closely with Reiki and ceremonial cacao in her own journey of remembering her divine essence and has felt called to share this medicine with others. Her goal in each event is to create a safe and sacred container allowing you to relax into a shift in perception away from false beliefs about our inherent worth and towards a deeper knowing about our individual and collective alignment with pure Love. She believes in the power of healing in community.
