Massage and Mindfulness Workshop

Are you looking to destress while having fun connecting with a friend, family member, or partner?

Come join us for an afternoon of mind-body relaxation exercises', hands-on massage demonstration, essential oil blending & soothing specialty teas!

You will be guided through a mind-body relaxation exercise releasing body tension or any source of distraction, placing you in a present and mindful state. You will then learn an upper-body massage sequence through a hands-on demonstration, as well as 1:1 support from your instructor on how to give and receive massage, at a comfortable pace and pressure.

All techniques are taught fully clothed, performed on the floor with yoga mats and props for comfortable positioning. Easy to model and repeat at home with your individual handbook and your personal essential oil blend.

Please note that the pricing is per person, so you and your massage partner are responsible for signing up individually!

About Your Hosts

Kate Waters is a Licensed Massage Therapist and 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher. She has been practicing bodywork since 2010 and is trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Thai techniques.

Danielle Jadin is a Licensed Mental Health & Wellness Clinician (LICSW), with more than 15 years of experience. Collaborating together to offer workshops that bridge physical and mental well-being excites us! We both continue to learn more about the mind-body connection, it's affect on our nervous system and our overall health.
