Join us for an evening of mindfulness and relaxation while setting your personal intentions for the new month ahead. Learn to let go of the untruths holding you back and lay back and relax while shamanic energy practitioner, Danielle Manseau, individually calls on the energy of your intention and grounds that desire into your body.
What you’ll want to bring:
Yoga mat or something to lay on
Anything cozy to lay down and relax with (ex: blankets, pillows, bolster)
Paper and pen will be provided but feel free to bring your own journal or favorite writing tool
