This class is uniquely designed to support your well-being by holding space for your inner healing journey.
We focus on learning and practicing holistic self-care tools, including Reiki energy therapy, guided meditation, and other energy-balancing activities that you can incorporate into your self-care routine.
We integrate strategies to nourish you on a mind-body-spirit level, so you'll leave feeling more calm, balanced, and focused.

Please note:
We will spend the hour between seated and laying down positions, so please bring a mat, blanket, and/or a pillow.
We also recommend you bring a water bottle, a pen and journal, crystals, or anything else you may wish to enhance your experience.

About Alyssa
Alyssa Knapp has always been passionate about well-being, having studied Psychology and Wellness Management in college, she pursued a Master's in Kinesiology. During this time she developed an interest in mindfulness and meditation, and so began her spiritual journey.
Alyssa studied the healing art of Usui/Holy Fire Reiki under William Lee Rand, the founder of the International Center for Reiki training, and received her Master Teacher Certification in 2019.
