Sip into Spring...Inspirational Vision Board Workshop: Spring Equinox

On the Spring Equinox we experience equal amounts of light and dark in the same day- a perfect balance between day and night. This time of year we start to awake from our winter hibernation, and feel a boost in our creative life-force energy within our mind, body, and soul. The beginning of spring helps with raising your energy to regenerate abundance and manifest your dreams. A perfect time of celebrating the freshness of life and planting our seeds of intentions for the upcoming months.

What is a vision board? It’s a collage of pictures, affirmations, and images of one’s dreams and desires. A tool designed to serve as a source of inspiration and motivation in reaching your goals. Vision boards also help to gain self- awareness, and reflect on what’s important within our lives. They allow us to tune into our imagination, creativity, and intuition; helping too manifest a positive opportunities in the future.

Create your own spring inspired herbal tea while manifesting your goals and dreams for the upcoming warmer months. We will start the class with a guided meditation and intention ceremony helping with tuning into your intuition and letting yourself be guided by the energy of the Spring Equinox to create your vision board. The Equinox is a perfect time to set new intentions, create new ideas, and start new projects.

**Materials needed to create the vision boards will be supplied. Feel free to bring any of your own magazines or books that you’re drawn to in helping create your vision board.
