We will enjoy sipping a cup of organic ceremonial grade cacao together. Cacao is the main ingredient in chocolate, yet so much more. It is a healing plant medicine. Cacao is the feminine energy fruit used by the Mayans for at least 14,000 years for both physical and spiritual nourishment. She is pollinated in the darkness of the night and her growth is guided by the phases of the moon. She is a gentle goddess and wise messenger. She is almost always tended to by women, as they can best relate to her. She will hold you safely on your journey and whisper remembrance as you flow. Cacao allows you to feel calm, euphoric, alert, blissful, grounded, safe, loved and loving.

After connecting with Cacao, we will join together to celebrate the magic of the Spring Equinox. We will meditate, move, connect, share and expand. The Spring Equinox is a time for your spirit to wake up with new inspirations. The Spring Equinox energy is encouraging you to be reborn. We will embrace this new beginning!

How to prepare for Cacao:

Please eat lighter and drink plenty of water prior to our event. Dress comfortably in layers. Bring a yoga mat/pillow/blanket for your comfort and a journal/pen and water. If you feel called, you are invited to bring items from nature to support you on this journey. These can be rocks, crystals, feathers, flowers or anything that resonates with you.

Please note:

Most people can drink cacao. However, if you are allergic to chocolate/cacao, have a serious heart condition or have an ulcer we recommend you do not drink a cacao.
