Our Spirit-led sound bath is not scripted and is different from any other sound bath out there.

During this unique experience, Shelley connects with Spirit, Angels, and universal energy, asking for guidance and wisdom to bring healing, relaxation, release and Spiritual nourishment to participants. 

She may serenade you with the healing sound of singing bowls, chimes, rattles, gongs, drums, energy work, and guided meditation as directed by Spirit. To accompany these instruments and deepen the experience, Shelley uses her angelic voice to sing, and vocalize mantras to synergize healing.

All sound baths are unique and one-of-a-kind experiences. Never two of the same. Shelley's sound baths are intuitive, and Spirit guided to meet all individuals in attendance at the level they require.

Bring a mat, blanket, pillow, anything that will help you to get comfortable and slip into a state of bliss.

Feel free to bring a crystal or any other personal or sacred item you would like to infuse with the combined energy of the sound bath.
